Why This Circle Exists

When we lose a spouse, the world changes forever. The silence, the missing, the loneliness — they can feel overwhelming. Many widows ask themselves: “Who am I now?”

This circle was created especially for women like you — widows who are walking a path of loss while seeking hope, support, and a sense of belonging.

What You Will Experience in 6 Weeks

Each week we will gather online for 90 minutes. Our time together blends gentle teaching, reflective exercises, and meaningful sharing.

• Week 1: Understanding Grief — What it is and what it isn’t
• Week 2: The Emotional Journey — Missing, anger, sadness
• Week 3: Alone Now — Identity, independence, and belonging
• Week 4: Practical Realities — Stress, health, and daily responsibilities
• Week 5: Choices & Identity — Who am I now?
• Week 6: Integration — Continuing love, embracing life

As soon as you register, I will send you the Zoom link. RSVP is necessary as we have a minimum of 6 ladies for the group to be a rich experience.

I will accompany you each week with sensitivity, compassion, and the expertise I have developed over the years supporting men and women through grief and life transitions. Together, we will create a space of hope and belonging.
