Don’t let anyone tell you gender bias is a myth. Despite more professional women in the workplace and more women graduating with advanced degrees, they’re still not landing the coveted leadership roles within their organizations at a pace even close to their male colleagues. While not necessarily an optimistic landscape, women have made amazing strides during my 40 years of working in the Milwaukee area. Let’s talk about how to build on those accomplishments, the challenges that still exist and the workplace we want for the next generation of women.
