Join Us on January 25th for the Launch of InSideOut Leadership CORE & CULTURE!

InSideOut Leadership - CORE provides ADs with intentional strategies resulting in a clear vision for their Athletic Department through the development of a Transformational Purpose Statement, Leadership Story and an Elevator Speech.

InSideOut Leadership - CULTURE builds upon CORE and provides leaders with the next steps to a more positive and aligned culture. ADs who take part in CULTURE will learn strategies resulting in a shared Common Language, Collective Purpose, Definition of Success and will receive the InSideOut Guide to Policy development.
