Deborah Justice-Place

Deborah Justice-Place is currently a Training Associate with Sandler Training and joined the Greensboro, NC franchise in June of 2014, she is also a former Training Associate of the Raleigh, NC franchise from October of 2004 to October of 2009. Deborah provides training for sales teams and their managers from the Raleigh area to Wilmington in collaboration with her team from the Greensboro office. In her role, she trains and advises sales professionals and the executives of small, medium and large companies-both private and publicly held.

Deborah’s ability to guide others using the Sandler® selling system to effectively sell, manage time, build your business, sales teams, and optimize customer relationships comes from her use of the system today as a sales professional for Sandler Training, and as a former client of combined 10 years. Deborah’s prior business experience includes 5 years in the technology services industry, 10 years in the staffing services industry, and 8 years in the retail industry. In all of these markets she was responsible for sales, managing others, and instructor-led training. She has 5 years experience in the software as a service industry in both large account sales and team management. She has 10 years in the employment staffing industry as a Sales Executive and Chief Operating Officer. In the retail industry she was a Store Manager and Regional Sales and Management Skills Trainer.

Deborah has been a consistent recipient for sales awards with Sandler Training at the Gold and Platinum levels. She is the former Chairman of the Board for the Triangle chapter of Sales & Marketing Executives (SME). She is a recipient of the “Impact 100” awarded by Business Leader Magazine, a recipient of the “Women in Business” award from Triangle Business Journal and was COO for a Raleigh, NC employment staffing firm that received the Pinnacle Award from the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce 3 times, and the Fast 50 Award from the Triangle Business Journal 3 times.

Deborah has an undergraduate degree from NCSU in Humanities & Social Sciences and Masters Degree from NCSU in Adult Education with a concentration in Corporate Training and Development.

Lewis Copulsky

Lewis Copulsky is a highly skilled business advisor with a focus on marketing and market research. With over thirty years experience in the profession, he brings a combination of strong technical skills, creative problem solving, and an entrepreneurial focus to the table. His work with clients helps them to identify new opportunities, improve the customer experience, and develop and implement successful marketing strategies. In the market research area, Lewis has extensive experience conducting magazine readership surveys, advertising tracking studies, and association membership research. His clients appreciate Lewis’ ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and strategies that are accessible to non-research professionals. As a marketing consultant, Lewis has worked with both b2b and b2c companies; however, he particularly enjoys having the opportunity to combine his marketing expertise and executive coaching skills in order to help individuals create and build successful small businesses and professional practices.

Lewis holds a BA degree from Bard College and MFA from Rutgers University, as well as certificates in Non-Profit Management from Duke University, and Executive Coaching from North Carolina State University. He has served as President and been a long-term board member of the Triangle chapter of the American Marketing Association, and is currently on the Marketing Council of the American Society of Association Professionals (ASAE).

Jim formed Neuse Networks in 1997 and specializes in managed services to remotely automate IT maintenance and to take IT labor out of the equation. He focuses on combining conventional client/server technologies with virtualization, mobility, and cloud technologies to implement computer networks for voice, video and data. His education includes Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State. Senior Member, IEEE.
