Leadership and the development of future and existing leaders are priorities for any organisation. But enduring myths about what makes for good leadership, combined with a lot of poor practice in leadership development, leave the space mudied and full of myths and misunderstandings.

He's also a Chartered Scientist and a Fellow of the Centre for Evidence-based Management. Richard has over twenty years experience as a practitioner, coach and leadership development specialist. He's also the host of the popular podcast about workplace psychology 'My Pocket Psych'.

Ross is a business psychologist, coach, and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. With over 25 years of experience coaching senior leaders, he brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development and team collaboration.
