Ida is a Mental Well-being Consultant with a background in Psychology, Health and Social Care, and Mental Health First Aid. She specialises in coaching, mentoring, and advocacy, supporting people to overcome challenges and build confidence. Her approach combines practical tools with compassion, helping individuals move from limitation to possibility.
