Why are these things important to me?
Tue, May 9, 2017, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT
Wills, Healthcare Proxies, POA, Trusts, etc...
Planning is a part of nearly everything we do in life and its importance becomes evident as we get older. Thinking about the future can sometimes make us feel anxious, but taking steps in advance can give us the confidence and comfort we need as we approach the next stages in life.
Join our host Ellen Glickman-Simon, J.D., L.L.M, as she covers how Wills, Healthcare Proxies, POA, Trusts, and other important topics can positively affect our lives. Guests are encouraged to ask freely and openly about anything on their mind, don't be shy!
Ellen graduated from Tufts University in 1982, received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 1987, and her Masters degree (L.L.M.) in tax law from Boston University School of Law in 1988. She practiced law in the tax department of a major Boston firm as well as a suburban business firm before establishing her own office in Sudbury, MA, in 1995. Ellen's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and business planning, estate and gift tax law, trust and estate administration and planning for non-profit organizations. Her clients include individuals in traditional and non-traditional families, sole proprietorships, personal representatives/executors, trustees and non-profit organizations.
Ellen strives to become a trusted member of her clients' professional teams and places great importance on listening and responsiveness. Rather than dictating a predetermined course of action, Ellen takes her cues from her clients: what objectives they wish to accomplish, in what time frame, and with what resources.
Please RSVP as we have limited seating available for this event. Hope to see you there!
