Albert is a strong advocate for organic, non-GMO dairy production, environmental stewardship, and family farms. At the Straus Dairy Farm, he has invested in climate-positive dairy practices including carbon farming, anaerobic (methane) digesters, renewable energy, on-farm composting and electric farm vehicles. On May 10, come learn more about his big hairy audacious goal!

Tickets are $15 for MCL members and $20 for non-members.
