WHSAD's annual summer bridge program is designed to introduce incoming freshmen to the basic skill sets needed to perform efficiently in their CTE classes and Work-based learning projects.

IMPORTANT: Although daily attendance for each weekly session is encouraged, it is NOT mandatory. Students may enroll in a minimum of 1 or a maximum of all 6-week sessions at a first come first serve basis. Students may also register for sessions I & II on any given day or choose full weekly sessions tickets.

Learning Objectives:

• Participating students will use design platforms such as Autodesk AutoCAD 2D and 3D ... in order to plan, evaluate, and realize a vision.

• Students will learn to articulate their visions in a succinct and concrete manner.

• Students will learn advocacy skills by reading articles and discussing the educational benefits of urban sketching, physical model making, 3D modeling, and research activities.

• Students will learn through team project collaboration and feedback.
