About Common Ground & Mind Body + Earth

Common Ground is a summer-long series of creative and wellbeing sessions hosted in Brighton’s green spaces - from tucked-away corners to wide open parks. Each week, a different local facilitator from the community offers a session rooted in connection: to ourselves, to each other, and to the land around us. Sessions are free, donation-based, or raising money for a chosen charity - all designed to be accessible, low-pressure, and heart-led.

The series is run by Mind Body & Earth (MBE), a community-led project founded by Meg, an artist and facilitator passionate about the healing power of creativity, movement, and nature. MBE creates spaces that are affordable, inclusive, and grounded in care - where people can come as they are, explore creativity, and feel a sense of belonging.

Whether you're here to draw, move, connect, breathe, or just be - you’re so welcome.
