10:30 ~ 11:00 am Breathing for Wellness
Disease flourishes in a low oxygen environment. Most people breathe shallow creating an oxygen deprived body system. Learn how easy it is to breathe for wellness.
11:00 ~ 11:30 am Essential Oils for Wellness
Essential oils have been used throughout recorded history to heal and promote wellness. Learn the oils that everyone should keep in their wellness and first aid kit.
11:30 ~ Noon Movement for Wellness
We all know exercise is important to health but are we giving our whole body what it needs to be well when we move. Learn how simple it is to move for whole wellness ~ body, mind and spirit.
Your registration includes snacks and wellness literature. You are encouraged to bring writing instruments and notebooks for note taking. Absolutely NO audio or videotaping of the workshop will be permitted.
