Calling all kids and families to join us for a fun fall volunteer project at Corliss Park in Providence!
We're excited to be partnering with Providence CityArts for Youth, the Partnership for Providence Parks, and our soon-to-be new neighbor Sherwin-Williams, on the beautification of Corliss Park! Activities will include a community mural painting and landscaping around a new welcome sign being made for the park!
Below, please find a volunteer job description and a list of items that may be helpful to bring on the day of the project. It's our goal to make your experience fun, uplifting, and kid-friendly. This is an opportunity for customers, team members, and kids to partner together in service to our community.
Also, we'll have a magical build-your-own salad-bar for kids and grown-ups, plus all the fixings. Join us in modeling the fun of "eating a rainbow" in honor of the Whole Kids Foundation! Please join us for a fun-filled day of service and inspiration as we celebrate healthy communities and healthy eating together!
Thank you again and look forward to seeing you soon!
IMPORTANT NOTE: If using a GPS to get to the park, be sure to enter 30 Corina Street, Providence. If you enter just Corliss Park it will bring you to the nearby New England School for the Deaf which has an address of Corliss Park. Google Maps also shows the location as Mansion Park (an error on their part that has been reported). But if you simply enter 30 Corina Street you will arrive just fine! Thank you!
