Indy Maven, and Be Well Indy are partnering with Foundations Studio for a Whole Body Health Yoga & Pilates Fusion class at the soon-to-open Maven Space.
The 60-minute class will begin with 15 minutes of yoga and centering, followed by 30 minutes of pilates core and cardio work, and finish up with 15 minutes of yoga and centering, leaving you feeling stronger both mentally and physically.
Participants are welcome to arrive as early as 5 pm for tours of Maven Space and to prepare for class. Then, stay after for snacks and mingling!
May is Mental Health Awareness month so this class will be a donation-based class with all proceeds being donated to NAMI Indiana, National Alliance of Mental Illness.
No prior yoga or mat pilates experience is required for this class. Please bring your own mat to use.
