             How does your group get things done and who does it? Do you have annual elections?                      A rotating chair person?  Committees? 

Learn some best practices for group structure and operations in order to function efficiently so that your group can achieve its mission. Participate in a hands-on exercise that will have examine your current structure and decide on next steps. Appropriate for both new and established groups.

Guest Speaker:

Beth B. Rosenthal, MS, Principal, Collaboration and Change, LLC, has over 25 years experience as a consultant to nonprofit organizations, networks, foundations and government agencies in organizational capacity, and collaboration building.  Beth is also an organic gardener and Partnership for Parks volunteer.
