Join Simon Wu ‘17 and Whitney Museum Curatorial Project Assistant Ramsay Kolber for a guided tour of the Whitney Biennial, followed by an intimate dinner and discussion. Restaurant TBD.

  • FREE and open only to Princeton University students and alumni. A limited number of tickets are available. RSVP required.
  • All event registrations are first come, first served, with students and Class of 2019 given priority. If an event is full, please sign up for the waitlist. We will notify you if space becomes available.
  • Due to the limited number of tickets, you will be asked to confirm your attendance 4 days before the event. If you do not confirm by July 21, your ticket will be offered to a person on the waitlist.

Featured alumnus and presenter:

Simon Wu '17 - Simon is a New York-based curator and graphic designer involved in collaborative art production and research. He was a Helena Rubinstein Curatorial Fellow at the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program and serves as the program coordinator for the Racial Imaginary Institute, a collective of poets, writers and artists dedicated to producing spaces for nuanced conversations around race and identity. He has produced programs at the Brooklyn Museum of Art, The New Museum, Studio Museum in Harlem, and exhibitions at The Kitchen. He currently works at the Museum of Modern Art as an assistant to curator Michelle Kuo and received his B.A. from Princeton University in 2017.

Ramsay Kolber is an arts professional living and working in New York, NY. She currently serves as the Curatorial Project Assistant for the 2019 Whitney Biennial at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Previously, she held positions at the Brooklyn Museum, Chapter NY, Independent Curators International (ICI) and Mitchell-Innes & Nash, New York. She holds an MA in Global Conceptualism from the Courtauld Institute of Art, London, and her writing has appeared in Hyperallergic, Osmos Magazine and 3rd Dimension, PMSA Journal.
