Event description

Description

The crypto-markets are in a state of flux. The latest narrative is that STOs will replace ICOs. Whatever the form of fundraising, the one constant that will remain is the need for a “White Paper” or equivalent document to share information on the underlying project and business. Recent action by regulators has created uncertainty around ICOs and STOs generally and, in particular, the liabilities and risks attached to White Papers.

Are you struggling to:

-understand what the big fuss is over White Papers?

-put pen to paper and come up with a “good” White Paper?

-understand what bits of your White Paper will be a key focus for potential subscribers/investors?

-figure out what special considerations apply to White Papers for STOs?

If so, join us for an interactive presentation by experienced capital markets practitioners that will cover:

-Trends in International Securities Regulation

-Dispelling the Myths: What you should REALLY worry about

-A “Best Practices” Deep Dive into Drafting White Papers, including Dos and Don’ts
