During this interactive breakout session, speakers will discuss federal and local opportunities to access capital to advance businesses.
Track 2 (Community): Strengthening Our Impact Through Federal, Local, and Community Collaborations
Collaboration across sectors and communities is an essential and powerful tool for promotion and sustainability of economic empowerment and well-being of AA and NHPIs. During this interactive community roundtable, get connected to federal and local government representatives, resources, and information in WHIAANHPI’s Region 3; and also provide your input on how government can better serve your organizations and communities.
Participating federal agencies include: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Track 1 (Entrepreneurship): Federal Contracting for AA and NHPI Businesses
During this interactive breakout session, speakers from multiple federal agencies will discuss opportunities to secure federal contracts for AA and NHPI businesses.
Track 2 (Community): Investing in AA and NHPI Communities Through Philanthropy
Discussion with regional funders on priorities in AA and NHPI communities, highlighting AA and NHPI leadership in philanthropy, and showcasing public-private partnership successes.
