We hope you will join us for this delectable multi-course dinner featuring Chef Robert Tobin's menu!  7 pm reception followed by dinner in the Action Kitchen (please note, guests will not be cooking themselves).

WhistlePig distillery, which opened in 2015, is located in a 150-year-old renovated dairy barn in Middlebury, Vermont. Operating with a “Farm to Bottle” vision, they use their own homegrown rye to distill the whiskey that’s aged in barrels made from their own oak trees, using water straight from their own well. The 500-acre farm also is home to a variety of animals as well as many crops.
