LEARNING POINTS

As predicted by the REITS Guru, Mr Gabriel Yap in his various media interviews, SREITS have started to stage a modest recovery following a major sell-off after Donald Trump has been elected as the US President as well as interest rates moving higher for 2017. This has been clearly reflected in how the 10-year bond yields have climbed since Nov 2016.

So which SREITS present good values after the recent 1Q2017 results? Which are the SREITS worth staying out? Are SREITS still a good pillar for one to position and grow one's retirement income? Which are the SREITS worth switching out? Which are the SREITS that are presenting good buying/trading opportunities?
