Where is God When Your Startup Stops?
Dave Kansas, COO at American Public Media and co-founder of TheStreet.com, was suddenly worth millions in his 20s, but when the dot.com market changed, he learned about the downs as well as the ups of the market. Kansas will tell his story of faith, journalism and entrepreneurship. As COO of APM, Kansas now oversees programs such as Minnesota Public Radio, Prairie Home Companion and Marketplace. He was previously an editor at The Wall Street Journal and WSJ.Com in New York and London. He has written several books about understanding Wall Street, investments and personal finance. He was CEO of the personal finance startup FiLife.com, a joint venture between Dow Jones and Interactive Corp.
