About this Event

Some key elements of a successful solicitation must be modified during a time of social distancing, while others remain effective at all times. This webinar will address these important details with structured approaches and helpful tips. It will cover topics like considering different modes of solicitation, securing an appointment and sizing up your prospect. It will also focus on how to overcome objections during a solicitation and how to get to a yes -- all with COVID sensitivities in mind.

Key Takeaways:

  • How do I get an appointment?
  • What are the best ways to overcome objections and push-back?
  • How is a zoom solicitation / or phone call better and/or worse than the standard face to face 'ask?'
  • What are the major dos and don'ts for solicitors?
  • How can you best appeal to the prospective donor?

This workshop will be presented by Perry Davis and Margy-Ruth Davis of Perry Davis Associates.

Participants who complete the post-session evaluation can receive a PDF copy of the presentation.
