The EverThrive Illinois Associate Board is excited to kick off the inagural event for Follow Her Lead: a Speaker Series for Emerging Women Leaders.

This evening will feature a conversation with Rebecca Sive, author of Every Day is Election Day: A Woman’s Guide to Winning Any Office, from the PTA to the White House, about what it takes to win an election. Rebecca is a lecturer on women and politics at the Harris School of Public Policy at The University of Chicago, where she previously served as the founding Academic and Program Director of its Women in Public Leadership executive education program. Rebecca draws on her extensive experience as a women’s advocate, public official, and civic leader to speak about strategies for women to gain greater public influence and political power.
