Join us for the screening of When the Bough Breaks, a documentary about postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis. Narrated and Executive Produced by Brooke Shields, this film uncovers an issue which affects one in five new mothers after childbirth. Following the screening there will be a panel discussion with community partners to explore available resources and strategies regarding maternal mental health awareness.

Goal: To increase awareness in the community regarding post partum mood and anxiety disorders

For: Women of childbearing age and their partners, parents, professionals, nurses, doctors, social workers and anyone who works with parents and children.

Hosted by the Inland Empire Maternal Mental Health Collaborative and made possible by California Baptist University, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences and IEHP.

** Note: Highway 18 may also be called: CA-18, Happy Trails Highway, US highway 18 or Route 18 in GPS systems

Directions from San Bernardino area:
-Travel on I-15 North toward Barstow.
-Take the CA-18/D Street exit, EXIT 153A.
-Merge onto CA-18 toward Victorville/Apple Valley
-Turn left onto Apple Valley Rd. and take a quick left into the shopping center.
-The Education Center is in the middle of the shopping center.
