Event description

Description

Conflict, Independence, Dialogue and Integration - these are Barbour's four typologies of how religion and science interact. In his foundational book, When Science Meets Religion: Enemies, Strangers or Partners?, Barbour outlines how these typologies are manifest in topics like evolution, creation, and neuroscience.

Join InterVarsity Graduate Christian Fellowship, in partnership with Upper House, for this graudate student reading group to discuss Barbour's book. Reading group sessions will meet at Union South.

This reading group will meet for the following eight sessions:

  • Tuesday, February 27
  • Tuesday, March 13

  • Tuesday, April 13

* This reading was made possible through the support of an award from the Science and Theology for Emerging Adult Ministries project at Fuller Theological Seminary."
