There will be a waiting list for participants when an institute becomes full.
If payment is not received by June 15, participants will be contacted by support staff via phone and email to confirm payment has been mailed.
On June 30, participants who are on the waiting list will be contacted to confirm attendance and reminded to bring payment to institute.
The session is recommended for EC Administrators who have seldom or never dealt with informal and formal dispute resolution processes, including state complaints and want to learn about proactive processes as well as the specifics around timelines, options, and beginning strategies on how to address and navigate the complaint process. The session will also explore beginning strategies to implement in your district/school as well as state level processes to help avoid formal complaints through alternate dispute resolution.
