Event Details

Design-centered approach now dominates how we create technology products.

We have seen the rise of Lean UX, design thinking, design sprints, user-led design and many other methods of product creation with a focus on product-market fit and emotional appeal. Products, both digital and physical, that have emerged from these processes surround us.

As professionals how do we form teams that can innovate in this way? How do we not get caught in paralysis by analysis? How do we extract these ideas and bring them to market before our competitors? This talk will take you on a journey to answer these questions. Guiding you to understanding what makes a good product manager, great.

Takeaways:

  • How to design for the user’s needs
