Dallas Fortune 500 companies and leading brands share their approaches to digital storytelling, and their plans for 2018.

 

  • Moderator: Kelsey Carroll, Global Brand Social Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise

  • Panelist: Bethany Evans, Senior Manager, Performance Media & Content at Southwest Airlines

  • Panelist: Lauren Woodley, Program Manager, Social Marketing at Susan G. Komen

The program will follow an interactive “Wheel of Fortune 500” format, where a spin of the virtual wheel will drive discussion on key concepts, such as:  Smart Content, Micro-Influencers, Gamification, Contextual Content, Wearables, Instagram Influencers, Programmatic, Native Advertising, AI & more.

About the Speakers


DFW is home to many high profile brands, with some globally-recognized marketing work coming right out of our hometown! Kelsey Carroll, Global Brand Social Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, be moderating a discussion showcasing the rising stars behind Dallas’s best brands. 
 

Kelsey Carroll, Global Brand Social Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Kelsey Carroll leads branded social content for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. As a part of the HPE Brand Experience team, Kelsey is responsible for connecting the HPE brand, products, and services with key IT customers through digital marketing and advertising. She has developed strategies for emerging platforms, managed the livestream for events, and provided creative direction and feedback for campaigns, sometimes all in the same day. Prior to her current role, she ran PR for an independent film studio in Austin, TX.


Bethany Evans, Senior Manager, Performance Media & Content at Southwest Airlines


Bethany Evans currently has the pleasure of leading performance media and content for Southwest Airlines. Her marketing responsibilities include SEO/SEM, paid & owned social, and music & influencer strategy. Prior to joining Southwest, she served as Social Media Manager at JCPenney. A Colorado native, Bethany holds a BA in Journalism from Washington & Lee University, and is currently getting her MBA at Southern Methodist University.


Lauren Woodley, Program Manager, Social Marketing at Susan G. Komen


Lauren Woodley has worked on the Digital Marketing team at Susan G. Komen since 2013, most recently serving as Program Manager of Social Marketing. Her primary role is developing and executing a social strategy for Komen headquarters and equipping the Komen Affiliate Network with the tools to execute these strategies on their own social platforms. Prior to working at Komen, Lauren worked at M/C/C, a marketing communications agency in Dallas.


Mindy King

Mindy King, Social Communications Manager, Intuit Accountants

Mindy King has worked with major brands including Verizon, Nokia and Intuit. She has over 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2B. @mindy4Intuit
