About the speaker:
Tracy Z began investing in notes over thirty years ago when she quickly realized that she’d rather be a lien-lord than a landlord.
She has handled millions of dollars in real estate notes since 1988. She first started on the institutional side, heading up the due diligence department as VP for one of the nation’s largest seller-financed note buyers. Loving the business but wanting to work for herself, Tracy started her own note-buying company in 1997 along with NoteInvestor.com, an online newsletter for private investors.
