Event description

Description

“WHAT’S UP DOWN THERE” is a theatrical performance of the candid conversations about the things men like to talk about - sex, women and genitals - as well as the ones men hate to discuss: impotence, incontinence, intimacy and rectal exams. This scripted discussion shows the tragic, funny and human aspects of men’s health issues, particularly prostate cancer. It also illuminates how these are not only men’s issues, but how they touch families as well as entire communities.

Created by the Tony Award -winning director Kenny Leon, this production is based entirely on real-life stories of prostate cancer survivors and people whose lives have been affected by the disease.

Brought to you by CHAMPS and created by Kenny Leon (True Colors)!
