About Deidra Mascoll Idehen, Medley Coach

Deidra Mascoll Idehen is a leadership/executive coach and an expert talent development and DEI professional. She has expertise in organizational culture change, talent pipeline development, and team dynamics.

Deidra graduated from Stony Brook University with a BA in psychology, earned a MA in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University, and received coaching training from New York University.

She resides in New York City with her husband and son.
