What’s Next For You?
Saturday, February 18, 9:30am-12:30pm
Facilitated by Rebecca Russell, MS
When we face choices and decisions that may result in change, it can feel like we’re trying to make our way through a dense fog that’s shrouded in uncertainty or sometimes fear. Or, we’re excited and a bit overwhelmed by the number of options we have, or that we feel that we don’t have any options at all.
In this session, we’ll explore and identify “what’s next” with activities and reflections to help you get clear about what you want to bring into your life. Perhaps you have a longing to expand your spiritual practice? Maybe you’d like to renew or mend a relationship? Possibly, there’s an internal nudge you want to explore regarding life? When you make time to focus, you move closer to clarity and the ease to move forward and live life with greater purpose and fulfillment.
The session begins with a grounding yoga practice (no experience necessary) and guided meditation. Through contemplative exercises and interactions, you’ll have support as you gain perspective to create a personal approach to action, receive insights on how to stay the path, plus develop built-in accountability. You’ll leave ready to take action to move your intentions forward. Optional liturgy at 8:30am in Chapel.
$25 • Registration requested by February 11.
