Join us for our 2nd annual Ladies Spring Tea Party and Silent Auction Fundraiser. Your special afternoon includes a deliciously prepared tea party luncheon, tea, mimosa bar, silent auction, prizes, take home gift, and an encouraging message from Erin Bishop, founder and executive director of Whatever Girls.
Individual tickets are $20 per person and tables of 8 are $160. (A small transaction fee will apply at checkout.)
Tickets go up to $30 per person and tables of 8 go up to $240 after April 14th.
Doors open at 11, lunch will be served at 11:30.
What is required of a table hostess?
Table hostesses supply their own complete table settings, all necessary serve ware, and decorations. We supply tables with an ivory tablecloth and ivory linen napkins. Table hostesses are also required to have their table set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the event.
Can I purchase a table and NOT bring table settings, etc...?
Yes, we will provide everything necessary for your table, even decorations! Just indicate when you register that you are NOT bringing table settings.
How many people are seated at a table?
Does a table hostess have to buy all eight tickets to a table?
When registering, yes. You can, however, collect ticket money from those joining you at your table.
I am purchasing an individual ticket(s), rather than a table. Do I need to bring my own place settings?
No. Everything will be provided.
Are tickets available at the door?
No. Advance reservations are required.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to attend the event?
We welcome well-behaved little girls ages 5 and up. Babies are welcome, of course. ID is not required, but guests will check in upon arrival and will be directed to their table.
What are the parking options at the event?
Free parking is available in the event facility parking lot.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, as this is a fundraiser. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket/make purchase arrangements with a friend. We ask that you contact us via email with the name of the new ticket holder(s).
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but you will check in upon arrival.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. Please email us with the updated information.
