The Democracy at Work Institute is offering the What Works webinars in 2018 as part of the School for Democratic Management. These 75-minute webinars are offered every other Wednesday from 9:00-10:15 PST/12:00-1:15 EST.

The first topic covered in the series is Finance. The three webinars on Open Book Management are in a sequence, taught by Jen Briggs, New Belgium Brewery. "How Ready Are You for Open Book Management?", also taught by Jen, is a stand alone webinar. "It's Like Magic: A Financial Report Template that Gets People Engaged" is a stand alone webinar, taught by DAWI’s Joe Marraffino. For specifics on what each webinar covers, visit institute.coop.
