Event description

Description

What’s the outlook for the Affordable Care Act? Will the Children’s Health Insurance Program be reauthorized? What will become of Medicaid, Medicare and the health care safety net? How will healthcare play in the upcoming mid-term elections? Which states will legislate where Washington has dropped the ball?

Join Kaiser Health News’ Julie Rovner and her panel of top health policy reporters from the New York Times, Politico, The Washington Post and others as they discuss health policy developments and take questions from the audience.

Former Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Administrator Tom Scully will join the panel as a special guest.

Registration, coffee and dessert begin at 12:30 p.m.

The event in the Foundation's Washington, D.C. office is open to the public. Feel free to share with your contacts and colleagues.
