PURCHASING YOUR TICKET IS A THREE-STEP PROCESS:

1)    Choose Your Festival Pass 

2)    Choose Your Camping Pass

3)    Choose Your Parking Pass

 

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR FESTIVAL PASS
Your festival pass will get you into the festival grounds and includes walk-in camping.
  

OMG Pass

If you want to arrive on Thursday, June 16th for early entry but you do not plan to purchase an OMG Pass or Boutique Camping, you will need to purchase an Early-Entry (Add-On) Pass.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR CAMPING PASS

Your festival pass grants you Walk-In Camping. If you’d like another form of camping, you will need to select from one of the other camping options.

Boutique Camping Options

Boutique Camping adds a level of privacy and sophistication for those attendees that may want to further enhance their festival experience. This is for those who don’t want to give up the luxury of home-style comfort – electrical hook-ups for Boutique RV & Trailer campers, and the option to check into one of our fully furnished luxury Safari or Springbar Tents. This is glamping at its finest – complete with access to the Boutique Concierge, preferrential palcement, and access to the private portolets and grooming area!  


General Camping Options


STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR PARKING
If you did NOT purchase Car Camping, RV & Trailer Camping, or Boutique Camping option and you plan to arrive in your own vehicle, you will need to pre-purchase a General Parking Pass, Carpool Voucher, or Shuttle Pass before arriving to the festival box office to ensure there is a reserved space for your vehicle. Only one pass per vehicle is needed, not per person.

What the Festival?! is an 18+ event (no one under this age will be allowed onto the event property)


NOTE: Vehicle parking and vehicle camping is limited, therefore arriving WITHOUT a vehicle pass may result in NO availability.  In order to accomodate all vehicles BEFORE they arrive, we require a PRE-PURCHASED vehicle pass.  Every vehicle must have either a pre-purchased vehicle parking pass, carpool voucher OR camping pass before getting to the festival box office. Only one pass is needed per vehicle, not per person.  If you are planning on carpooling with 3+ in your car, you can purchase a carpool voucher to reserve your parking spot instead of a parking pass.

 

NO Illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, dogs or pets, or GLASS allowed on the event property. What The Festival is a PACK IT IN - PACK IT OUT event.  Please be responsible for all your trash and recycling when you leave. NO SMOKING OUTSIDE DESIGNATED AREAS: The festival will NOT be selling cigarettes onsite. Due to the property being located in the fire prone region of eastern Oregon, smoking is limited to DESIGNATED ONLY smoking zones which are conveniently located throughout the event site and camping areas. This policy will be STRICTLY enforced and WILL result in EJECTION from the event if not followed.  Please help us keep the festival and forest safe and remind your friends that smoking violations are SERIOUS and that WE WILL EVICT THEM IF THEY ARE CAUGHT SMOKING OUTSIDE OF A DESIGNATED AREA!  

 

NO COOKING OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED COMMUNAL KITCHEN AREAS is allowed at the Event.  All cooking stoves, including Propane are forbidden to be used except in a designated area.

 

NO OPEN FIRE is allowed at the Event, this includes but is not limited to: Camp Fires, Propane Heaters, Fireworks, Candles, Explosives, Flammable Liquids, and anything cited as a risk of causing a fire by the event. 

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Fees are non-refundable. The Event retains the right to cancel, rescind or revoke any ticket purchases at any time prior to delivery of the actual tickets to the purchaser, for any reason whatsoever in the Event’s sole discretion. If anyone attempts to sell or sells an Event ticket for above face value, or purchases an Event ticket with the intention of reselling it for above face value, the Event has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any such ticket without advance notice, and once cancelled, the ticket will be null and void and will not grant the holder any right to enter the Event.

  • Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of What the Festival. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email.
