What to expect from an health plan investigation? Learn how the Employee Benefits Security Administration (“EBSA”) secures the retirement and health benefits of America’s workers and their families.

Fiduciaries for health plans must act in the best interest of plan participants and can be held accountable for engaging in a prohibited transaction & not complying with recent health care regulations. EBSA not only enforces and protects participant’s rights, but can also works with fiduciaries to help them self-correct via the Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (“VFCP”).

Know what to expect during an investigation and what can be done to correct prior to an investigation. 

Who should attend? Illinois employers and those who may be business owners one day.
