Event description

Description

Lively conversation ahead!

Join cidermakers Karl duHoffmann of Orchard Hill Cider Mill, John Reynolds of Blackduck Cidery and Dan Pucci, Pommelier and beverage consultant, for a night of soul-searching and myth-busting in our futile quest to put a label on fermented beverages made from apples. Art, science, regulation and marketing are all influencing drinkers’ perceptions and expectations of cider. Take part in an open discussion in which our panel will entertain all manner of questions, comments, observations and accusations. Hosted and moderated by Josh Klatt, of Klatt Family Cider.
