ABSTRACT:

This talk will provide insights into what matters most, the expectations of the customer, where digital capabilities are driving transformational wins and key lessons learned by supply chain leaders as they bring their respective companies along the digital journey. Drawing from J&J’s digital transformation efforts, the talk will highlight how to drive value through digital transformation.



SPEAKER BIO:

Sasha Pailet Koff currently serves as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain Digital Strategy & Innovation for Johnson & Johnson. Her career with J&J has included roles of increasing responsibility in logistics, operations, business development, quality, sales and marketing within multiple business segments. Prior to joining J&J, Sasha worked for Rohm & Haas (now Dow), Accenture and at the White House.

She holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, an MBA from Columbia University and professional designations of CPA, CGMA and PMP.

When not at work, Sasha is involved in numerous philanthropic efforts including serving as the Chair of the Livingston Municipal Alliance Committee, Director of the Bruce J. Heim Foundation, Allocations and Camp Committee Member for Metro West Jewish Federation and as a volunteer with FIRST and the Girl Scouts. She enjoys sailing, travel, bike riding and long walks. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana she now lives in Livingston, NJ with her husband and their two children.
