Understand what Foundations really want to know about non-profits as they award more than $55+ billion annually in grants

With the goal of making the philanthropic marketplace more effective GuideStar USA, with the support of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and Liquidnet for Good commissioned Hope Consulting to do extensive research on:

  • what foundations (as well as individual donors and donor advisors) want
  • how they want it presented
  • where they want to go for that information
  • and critically, how it would change grant-maker behavior if more information was available and trustworthy.

The results of this research are presented in two reports: Money for Good I: Effective Philanthropy, High-Impact Giving nd Money for Good II: Driving Dollars to the Highest Performing Nonprofits. In this webinar, Greg Ulrich, research team leader and Director at Hope Consulting will show you how to:

  • collect the right information that foundations want
  • communicate it in the manner they want to receive it
  • connect with current and prospective funders so that you can align with the foundation's needs

Highlights and Outcomes:

The webinar includes a presentation by Greg, an interview of Greg by Metasoft's Senior Consultant, Shadi Mogadime, and an open question and answer period for webinar participants. You'll benefit from insider information that you can use immediately to increase the money you raise from foundations. This includes:

  • Answers to the tough questions you have always wanted to ask foundations
  • Key elements to present your organization in a compelling manner
  • How to substantiate your case for support
  • Strategies that give your organization the edge and help you stand out from the crowd

This webinar is intended for all non-profits who wish to increase their success by improving their staff's fundraising skills. It will also help board of directors and senior staff to understand the philanthropic environment and thereby appropriately support for your fundraising efforts.

Recordings and materials are included in your registration. Listen and learn at your convenience!

Materials will be sent to registered participants before the live webinar
