What Every Couple Needs to Know About Pregnancy
Event Information
Description
Ready for a prenatal education experience you won't regret? Get the same quality prenatal education classes that you would from a neighboring hospital, at a fraction of the cost.
Why Prenatal Education?
Prenatal education is an important component to promote the maintenance of healthy lifestyles during pregnancy, helping expectant mothers:
~manage stress
~support a healthy diet
~recognize warning signs and symptoms that may indicate complications of pregnancy
~prepare for labor and delivery
Our prenatal education classes are not childbirth classes. These classes are designed to offer the best education in an engaging environment where each class is facilitated by a Certified Nurse Midwife.
