What Drives You? The Power of Mission
You're leading others well. Like most good leaders, you fuel up, hop in the driver's seat, gather your people, then drive hard & fast. If I were to guess, nine times out of ten, you succeed. It's a thrill to get it right, win and make an impact.
Have you ever taken the time to consider WHY you are working so hard? WHY all of this matters so much? WHY you are so driven? Your WHY is your purpose, or as I like to say, Your Mission.
What Drives You is a workshop designed to give you the foundation to lead YOURSELF.
In our 90-minutes together, we will write explore your WHY beginning with core values, action verbs and ultimately in crafting your MISSION STATEMENT.
This is a time to pump the brakes and tune in to what matters most.
Consider this a spa day for your soul – something every entrepreneur needs now and then.
There will be 1-1 coaching and time to work on exercises presented.
Come with an open mind and ready to get clarity and focus.
The workshop is led by Alexia Zigoris, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, and presented by Aviatra Accelerators. Aviatra provides education, connections and resources for women entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses.
