Event description

Description

Building an organization with abolitionist values is challenging but necessary, now more than ever. Join Liberation Library as we speak with our founder, Mariame Kaba, and reflect on our work and the challenges we've faced as a young prison abolitionist organization working with the system we aim to abolish. Holding history and the decades of work from abolitionists before us, we will grapple with how to move the needle forward, while maintaining an abolitionist mindset.

Doors open at 6pm, program begins at 6:30pm. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
