Description

Mentoring….What’s in it for me? There are many benefits of mentoring, for both the mentor and the mentee. This session with Michelle Thomas from the Mentoring Partnership will define mentoring, explain the benefits, and aim to teach you how to establish and maintain a professional mentoring relationship.

Event is free for YNPN Pgh members and $10 for non-members.

Michelle Thomas is the Director of Programs at The Mentoring Partnership of Southwestern PA (TMP). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Early Child Care and Child Development and a Master’s Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Student Affairs in Higher Education. As Director of Programs, Michelle oversees all aspects of programming, working to ensure that TMP brings the most current and critical training, technical assistance and resources to mentoring programs so that they are best-prepared to bring high-quality mentoring to youth.
