Event Details

New (and experienced) angel investors often ask “how much money can I make by investing in early stage companies?”  How should I approach angel investing?  How do I get started?  To give our investors the knowledge and expertise needed to make successful investments, we are offering a series of educational events, this one focused on a portfolio framework and recent trends.  The featured speaker will be Rob Kornegay, Partner at Wilson Sonsini, one of the premier firms involved with entrepreneurial endeavors up and down the California coast, and nationwide. 

Rob Kornegay

Rob Kornegay is a corporate and securities partner resident in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's San Diego and Palo Alto offices. Rob joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2001. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of technology, life science, and other emerging growth companies throughout the United States and internationally. These companies range from start-ups to large public companies as well as sources of capital for such companies. Specifically, Rob represents: • Public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions; • Issuers, investors, and underwriters in public and private financings; and • Public and private companies with respect to corporate governance matters related to strategic transactions and
