Swirl, Sip and Enjoy! Meet the Winemakers and enjoy a three course dinner with wine paired to each course. During the series, winemakers will discuss the history, culture and qualities of Monterey and Santa Cruz County featured wines which will accompany Executive Chef David Stember seasonal menus. The Winemakers Series brings guests closer to the producers and personalities that craft the wine we love.

The winemakers events will cost $95 inclusive. After the dinner, we have special VIP passes to The Humidor Cigar Lounge located above the Whaling Station. We invite you to head upstairs to The Humidor, enjoy a limited edition cigar and after dinner drink. Please RSVP for the after dinner experience at the time of making your reservation. The cost for the additional after dinner experience at The Humidor is an additional $40. Winemakers Dinner are limited to 40 attendees.
