Join us for healing and community at WeWork Grand Central for Joule L’Adara’s Sound Bath - part of our free WeWork Sound Bath series provided by Sounding Wellnes for the holidays!
Are you struggling to find peace of mind and body through this season? Then sound meditation may be for you. We invite you to relax and prepare to be deeply rejuvenated as sonic waves wash over you: scrubbing your mind of fear, clearing your body of stress, and leaving you in a state of harmony, balance, and inner peace. Bathing in the sounds of therapeutic instruments including gong, monochords, singing bowls, as well as harmonic chant, you may emerge clear, energized, and better able to access your inner strength and deepest creativity.
We recommend you bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel so you can lie or sit comfy on the floor. (A limited number of yoga mats will be provided first come, first serve and chairs will be available as well.) In this relaxing experience you may come in regular work attire or change into comfortable sports clothing. This workplace wellness event is designed to build community, providing deep rejuvenation as well as time for facilitated networking. You’re likely to leave this event feeling better and having had the chance to connect to new people.
