I'm calling this the "Westminster Meditation Group." This group is open to all experience levels. I moved from Boulder and noticed there are not many meditation groups out in this area. I'd like to offer this group free of charge as a service to my new community. Meditation has been a great benefit to my life & I' d love for others to have that benefit as well. It can be a nice way to develop community & make friends. Plus, this helps me as I get to meet folks in my new community, learn facilitation skills and much more. So thank you for your interest!
This will be held in my home - a condo (which feels very spacious as it has cathedral ceilings, is on 3rd floor with mountain & tree top views, wonderful light, & simply decorated). I affectionately named my condo "Shannon's Zendominium." :-) I feel it is very conducive for a group like this. I very much enjoy having folks in my home.
*Please bring a cushion(s) or pillow(s) or blanket(s) to sit on. It should elevate you at least 3 inches off the ground. I do have about 4 chairs for those that need/prefer a chair. (You might also want a blanket or shawl for further comfort & water bottle.)
*I do have a cat. Please take precaution if you have allergies
*The driveway is the first one just after the Westminster Kidney Center. Please park on the street (Decatur) as our lot is reserved for tenants only. 8440 is the Building #. (You can park on EITHER side of the street, all the way down to BlackJack Pizza).

This group will happen each Wednesday 6:30-8:00PM. All meetings will consist of a (mostly guided) meditation period, discussion/teaching, and Q & A period, group sharing. Beginners are welcome at any meeting. Please do come by and check it out!
