Reunion for Western Military Academy Classes (1967 - 50th) & (1957 - 60th).

Thursday, Aug. 17th

Annual All School Reunion (informal) at the Loading Dock (bar and grille). 2 p.m. till? 400 Front St., Grafton, IL 62037 618-786-3494. www.graftonloadingdock.com. Dinner on your own with classmates.

Friday, Aug. 18th (class activities & banquet)

8 a.m. – 12 noon. Golf Outing - for “All” WMA classes scramble best ball. 18 holes. – Spencer T. Olin Community golf course – 4701 College Alton, IL

Flag lowering ceremony and medley of bugle calls (bugler from Air Force Band of Mid America – Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL). Flag will be presented to Class of ’68.

*Michael Wallis (WMA ’63) is an American Voice Actor (Cars), journalist and popular historian of the Western United States. He has written seventeen books, including Route 66: The Mother Road, about the historic highway U.S. Route 66. His work has been published extensively in magazines and newspapers, including Time, Life, People, Smithsonian, The New Yorker, the New York Times and of course The Shrapnel.
