Description

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is conducting its first-ever Vendor Open House, and we are inviting all vendors interested in doing business with the state! The purpose of this Open House is to provide vendors a better idea of the processes, procedures, and requirements by welcoming them to attend informational tables hosted by various state agencies. These agencies include, but are not limited to, the Secretary of State's Office, the State Treasurer's Office, the Tax Department, the Finance Division, representatives from the Purchasing Division's vendor registration program, and more.

Additionally, agencies that process a large volume of solicitations will also be represented to allow vendors a chance to market their goods and services.

Three 30-minute informational sessions will be offered during the event to provide a high-level overview of how to view solicitations and submit bids for state solicitations exceeding $10,000, how these bids are evaluated and awarded, and how to register your business with the Purchasing Division. These sessions will be offered at 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., and 11 a.m.
