Join us on Thursday 6 October to learn more about Spice Time Credits, a time based currency that is also one of the world's largest social currencies.
Recent MJ Award Winner Spice works with organisations across England and Wales to encourage people to give their time to strengthen communities and to design and deliver better services.
Spice and the West Norfolk Partnership have developed Time Credits over the last 4 years, achieving excellent outcomes for communities in the areas of skills and employability, sustaining organisational growth and encouraging more people new to volunteering to regularly give their time.
From April 2017, the West Norfolk Time Credits network enters a new phase of development and will be funded, designed and delivered by local community groups, schools and charities.
If you or your organisation is interested in getting involved with this new phase of Time Credits in West Norfolk, come along and find out more about how we help public services, businesses and community groups to innovate and build strong, resilient communities, giving people the tools to make positive and lasting changes in their lives.
At the event you will also hear from some of our partner organisations and community members who are using Time Credits to address a range of outcomes and drive impact across King's Lynn.
Tea coffee and pastries will be served, and public car parking is available beside the venue. Unfortunately, there is no disabled access to the Lord Nelson meeting room.
Do share this invitation with colleagues and across your networks - the event is open to all, but it is essential to secure your place in advance via Eventbrite.
If you have any questions about the event, or are not able to attend but would like further information, please contact Mark Caffrey on firstname.lastname@example.org
